When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you run an audit we record which domain you audited, when, and the overall score it received. That's the full list — we don't collect anything else, and we don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Your email is how you sign in — we send you a sign-in link instead of using passwords. We keep the audit history so we can understand how Verifex is used, keep the service free, and prevent abuse.
We store a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. It's strictly necessary for the service to work and isn't used to track you across other websites.
Only us. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. It's stored with our service providers — Supabase (accounts and audit history) and Vercel (hosting) — who process it on our behalf. The domain you audit is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights and Anthropic's Claude to produce your report; your name and email are not.
We only email you sign-in links. We won't send marketing email unless you separately ask for it.
For as long as you have an account. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your details and audit history.
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at the email address below and we'll act on it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
